I recently had an average experience with an automotive company. The website was easy to navigate and find the car I wanted. However, the customer service was lacking. The representatives seemed disinterested in helping me and were not very knowledgeable. It was frustrating trying to get answers to my questions. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
