👎 The custom bike I ordered arrived with several issues. The quality was subpar, and it didn't ride smoothly. The customer service experience was terrible, as they were unresponsive to my concerns. I'm extremely disappointed with Rat Shop Custom Bikes and would not recommend them to anyone.
