Wow - this is a serious five star hotel. Everything was seamless - from check in to check out - couldn t flaw it. Service at reception was amazing and I was spoiled with an upgrade as it was my birthday as well as the first time I stayed with the hotel. The chocolate covered dates next to the bed were incredible! Plenty of complimentary bottles of water and the club sandwich (always a proxy measure for quality of hotel) was out of this world - amazing!
