I have been using the public transportation in Omaha for the past few years and I must say it is quite efficient. The buses are always on time and the drivers are friendly. The Transit Authority of Omaha has made it very convenient to get around the city without a car. The online trip planner is a useful tool for planning routes. Overall, I would rate their service as great.
