I had an average experience with Roots Run Deep LLC. The customer service was sufficient, but I expected more. The website was easy to navigate and I found the information I needed. However, the products I purchased did not meet my expectations. I found them to be overpriced and the quality was lacking. Overall, my experience was average and I don't think I will be purchasing from them again.
