I had a pretty good experience with Watchrr. The watch I purchased arrived in perfect condition and looks just like it did on the website. The customer service was responsive and helpful when I had questions about my order. Overall, I would say their service is average. I believe they can improve by providing more accurate product descriptions and including more detailed information on their website.
