I hired Benchmark Building And Design to remodel my basement, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. While the end result is acceptable, there were several issues that detracted from the overall satisfaction. Communication was lacking at times, and there were delays in completing the project. Additionally, I noticed a few areas where the workmanship could have been better, such as uneven flooring and minor paint drips. While not a terrible experience, I would explore other options for future renovations.
