I recently had the opportunity to work with Newfer gmbh and overall, I had an average experience. Their website is easy to navigate, but I found their customer service to be lacking. I had some issues with the delivery of my order and it took quite a bit of time to get a response from their team. However, once they did respond, they were able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I would rate my experience as average.
