Pflow is a quality company. The management team is great from the plant manager, lead people, and the wonderful HR department. They have excellent employee benefit package. Pflow's also has an interesting product line which is custom made to order. The shop is neat and organized. I think this is an excellent place to have a career and to call home! :)
