The experience with TearRestore was overall average. The website was easy to navigate and find information about the products. However, the products themselves did not live up to my expectations. I found that the eye drops were not as effective as I had hoped, and they often caused irritation. Additionally, the customer service was lacking. I reached out with some questions and concerns and received a generic response that did not address my specific issues. Overall, I would not recommend TearRestore.
