My experience with the Mines Oklahoma Dept Of website was satisfactory. It provided the necessary information, but the design felt a bit outdated. The navigation was straightforward, although some pages loaded slower than expected. I cannot comment on their customer service as I haven't interacted with them yet. Based on the website alone, I would rate them as average.
