I had an average experience with Catalan. The website was easy to navigate but I had some issues with the checkout process. The customer service was helpful in resolving the problem, but it took longer than expected. Overall, the quality of the product was good but not outstanding. I would consider shopping with Catalan again, but I hope they improve their checkout process.
