I recently had the opportunity to travel with jenkentravel.com and it was overall a positive experience. The customer service was good and the website was user-friendly. However, I would have liked to see more variety in the tour packages. The options were limited and didn't cater to my specific interests. Despite this, the trip itself was enjoyable and I had a great time exploring new places.
