Globaltrans is an average company. Their services are satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. I have been a customer for a few years, and while I haven't had any major issues, I also haven't been overly impressed. The website is user-friendly, but could be more intuitive. Overall, I would say they are a reliable company, but there is room for improvement.
