Staff was okish..a little bored, the food was ok, ...

Staff was okish..a little bored, the food was ok, but the rooms had brown cookroaches..I counted 4 and found one on the bed and it's not normal for a 4 stars hotel. No hot water, old sheets, found a hair on the sheets in the bed. Overall a bad experience for a 4 stars hotel. Definitly not a 4star, maybe 2
