A good place to live close to everything, the park...

A good place to live close to everything, the parking is horrific though. The landscaping is well kept and the clubhouse is very clean, and offers plenty of activities. One other thing I was told a while back that I wasn't allowed to fish in the ponds, can someone with knowledge let me know if that is true. Thanks
