It is mind blowing, I have been trying to get in touch with a human being for over three weeks. Multiple attempts to contact the main office. After being on hold for over an hour multiple times. I went to the suggested place in my town. After sitting for three hours, less than 5 minute I was done with no answers to any of my questions. I left more helpless than when I went in. I dont want to be contacted through a response telling me to go to a web site that will not answer any questions. I am going to my legislature's and at the federal level for an answer.
