I had a mixed experience with San Marcos Springs. On one hand, their products are of good quality and the website is well-designed. On the other hand, their customer service was lacking. I had to wait a long time for a response to my inquiry and when I finally got a reply, it was not very helpful. I expected better service for the price I paid.
