Played Deerfield this week and the course is in better shape than I've ever seen it. They'd just hosted a qualifier round for the 2018 US Amateur and it's clear why the USGA chose Deerfield Golf and Country Club. I've also attended a wedding there and the place has gorgeous decor. You won't be disappointed. And if you don't want to get married :-) or wait for a friend to (so you can see the inside), head to the Centerpost Grill Mon-Thur for dinner on the patio over looking the course. You'll be glad you did.
