🤔 I used Federal Insurance Brokers for my car insurance and I have mixed feelings about their service. On one hand, they were able to find me a policy that fit my budget and needs, but on the other hand, the communication was not as smooth as I expected. Sometimes it took them a while to respond to my questions, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. Overall, an average experience.
