I have been working with Aerospace Technology Ventures (Ecom.aero) for the past two years and I must say, the experience has been average. The company provides good opportunities for growth and learning, but there are some areas where they can improve. Communication within the team is sometimes a challenge and there could be more transparency in decision-making processes. Overall, it's an okay place to work but there is definitely room for improvement.
