In a city with food as good as Buffalo, there is no reason for anyone to settle for Pearl Street Grill.

Our food arrived worringly fast, so quick I don't have to guess how the food is prepared. Our medium rare burger was a well-done hockey puck, and the so-called award winning pasta was a flavorless mush I couldn't eat more than a 1/4 of, and we all arrived with large appetites.

Their cocktails were also subpar--overly sweet concoctions that reminded me of a TGIFridays in the 90s, and if I was blindfolded for the meal, I would've guessed I was there or at an Applebee's.

Unless you're just getting some beers, don't waste your money here. Buffalo is brimming with great food, it's not hard to find places better than this mediocre mess.
