They asked 1200 fine for a negligible temporary stain on bedsheet. Then after repeated explanations that the stain is temporary and can be easily removed after single wash they bargained and finally charged 200. They didn't even give any receipt of the same even after asking for it. Disappointed by the receptionist's professionalism. Apart from this the rooms and mocktails were good.
