I found Caldwell Recognition Inc. to be an average company. Their products were satisfactory, but there was nothing outstanding about them. The website, caldwellrecognition.com, was easy to navigate, but I expected more. The customer service was decent, but not exceptional. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
