I'm a maintenance technician in west Hollywood. I was on call and received the call that somebody was stuck in the elevator. Not only did the technician from lifttech arrive at the same time I did, he was talking with the person on most of his ride there. With out wasting time, the person was out within 2 minutes. I was impressed. But he showed professionalism after everybody was safe. He took the time to troubleshoot the problem and document everything in the log book. To me, that showed efficiency to get the job done and avoid any trouble in the future. Keep up the good work lifttech.
