KDP Building Designs helped me refurbish a ground floor maisonette. The work involved demolishing a chimney breast (shared with my upstairs neighbour), demolishing an outside wall and building a large extension and going in to the side return. Kish was easy to work with, tolerant of my frequent changes of mind, practical in his suggestions and understood that I was working to a budget. He dealt with party wall agreement inspiring confidence in my neighbours which was very helpful, did all the designs and calculations, helped with planning and arranged the building inspection and helped me achieve a warm and welcoming space that I am proud to invite people to.
