I recently used a design service from a studio and found the experience to be average. The communication was generally good, and they were responsive to my inquiries. However, I felt that the design concepts provided were somewhat generic and lacked the creativity and uniqueness I was hoping for. The project was completed within the agreed timeframe, but I was expecting a bit more attention to detail. The price was reasonable, but I wished for a more personalized touch in the overall service. Overall, it was an average experience, and I would recommend the studio to those who prioritize timeliness and responsiveness over innovative and exceptional design work.
