The atmosphere at Soulard Coffee Garden Cafe is so cozy and inviting. The staff is friendly and the coffee is amazing. I love coming here to relax and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. The pumpkin spice latte is my favorite, especially during the fall season. Overall, I highly recommend this cafe.
