I made an appointment for 8 am to get my oil changed thinking early would be better. I realize they are a little busy so it might take longer than normal. However after 2 hours i went to check and see what was going on and see my car is finished and sitting. No one came to tell me and so i waited 20 minutes while my sales associate was with another customer. She comes outside and tells me she knows it is finished but she is with another customer. I dont understand this why do I have to wait to get my car. If it is finished i should be paying and gone not waiting for one person when there are 20+ people walking around. Mind you i had an appointment, waited 2 hours for service and additional wait for paying
