As a customer, I found the overall experience with 🏨 RMS - The Hospitality Cloud to be average. The website, 🌐 rms-global.com, provided a decent user interface and easy navigation. However, I felt that the information available was lacking in detail, and it took some effort to find specific features and services.

The customer service was satisfactory, with representatives responding promptly to queries and providing assistance. However, more personalized support would have been appreciated. The company's commitment to innovation and providing a comprehensive hospitality solution is commendable.
