Six months after I spent close to $6000 on a cascade coil drapery it started to rust. We were very disappointed we sent emails never got a reply back, our contractor contacted them and they were willing to look at the drapery but we would have to cover the cost of shipping there and back, (which is very expensive) and there were no guarantees that they were going to fix it. We even got a metal worker to come look at it and he said that the paint wasn t properly baked on. They re just looking to make a quick buck and do not use quality products nor do they fix their mistakes or stand by their word. There s better companies out there that care about their customers and are more affordable.
