It was our first time buying a home and we were hopelessly lost and confused! By chance, we happened to stumble across Omer Malik from Minmaxx. He is everything that you would want in a realtor- knowledgeable, patient, friendly! He explained the entire process in detail (sometimes twice) and answered ALL of our questions (even the silly ones) and provided timely, helpful advice and contacts.
