In March - by lease agreement I was told that a name tag would be taken care of. A commitment that has not been fulfilled to this day. Called in May. "will be fine" Promise not kept. Called again in June. Commitment: 'in 3 weeks'. Not fulfilled. Emailed in early July; no reply received. Emailed their complaints committee last week. Mail has been opened (I have an email tracker) no answer. The fact that it is a relative trifle is irrelevant. I see no other option than to classify Patrimonium as an unreliable organization, but not after consulting 7 other tenants at Patrimonium who were unanimously negative about their experiences at this housing association. Positive point; the times I was there I was treated in a friendly and professional manner.
