I m shocked as to how unprofessional Pine Grove has treated some of its patients in the past. While there have been people that have left with great experiences, I m disheartened by some of the negative experiences I ve heard and witnessed.

The staff has a general issue with showing compassion to the patients that are admitted and have been jaded by the negative experiences brought upon by over working and a difficult job environment.

I would recommend that Pine Grove takes a hard look at the staff on site and reevaluate some of the regulations they have in place to ensure that the staff treats patients like humans rather than animals.

If Pine Grove desires to be a leading treatment facility in the state of Mississippi, there will need to be some major changes put in place to ensure that patients and families of patients are treated with respect.

The most important factor for any treatment facility should be to come as an advocate for those in need, yet I have heard and witnessed multiple instances of clear lack of respect and honor towards the career of social work and counseling.

Please take a hard look as to how some of the toxicity in the environment can be fixed!
