I went on a busy day so there were lots of people nudging me. When waiting to see the crown jewels one of the members of staff was really rude to a lady in front of me who wanted to take a photo with her kids. It only takes a couple of seconds to take a photo and he said "this is the reason why theres such a big queue" but that isnt the case, theres a big queue because it is a tourist attraction in London and there were a lot of people on a busy day.
