I will no longer buy from this company. Their relationship with customers is very bad. Tecnicomar announces the guarantee of its products for 3 years. On the contrary, my experience has been that, during these years of warranty validity, every repair I had to request from them was billed (for an amount of costs that exceeded the value of the new product). Also, they never sent me quotes or warned me in advance that these repairs were out of warranty and why. My assessment for these reasons is totally negative and I strongly advise against this company.
