Was asked to give a quote for tree removal. Went to their home, they left me hanging there while they jerked around and didn't answer the phone. THen proceeded to be rude to me while I had made a trip on my time to give an estimate. I told them to hire another company. Their assistant Dollina then started harassing us and left a negative review on the BBB website out of spite. I found not only the assistant Dollina disrespectful but also the two owners who I believe are married to each other. What a truly horrible experience after we spend our free time trying to give free estimates. In twenty years of business I have never experienced a situation like this before. I asked them to politely remove their review since no business was ever conducted but they refused. I guess it's only fair that I leave a review for them as well. How interesting that they aren't even signed up for the better business bureau of vancouver.
