When the school know there is only 12 spots remain...

When the school know there is only 12 spots remaining for 2 year . They must not take any more admission form then that. So they have put us in the wait list, this mean my Admission fees is gone. It wont be refunded back to us. Other parents too have paid the Admission fees and they might have put in wait list. Don't you all think its just taking money from us. It's really annoying and frustrating.
