I have recently used the services of Rio Grande Vly Counseling Association and I must say that their service is average. The counselors were knowledgeable and professional, but I expected a bit more from them. They did help me with some of my issues, but overall I feel like there was room for improvement. The website borderfest.org has all the information you need to get started with counseling, but I think they could make it more user-friendly. I would recommend their service if you are in need, but don't expect anything exceptional.
