I recently attended a yoga class at mindbodyandsoulyoga.co.uk and I was pleasantly surprised. The instructors were skilled and provided clear instructions throughout the session. The studio was clean and well-equipped. The class had a good mix of poses and was suitable for all skill levels. I left feeling refreshed and energized. Highly recommend this studio!
