I have been a customer of Tc group americas for a few years now and I must say their services are average. The quality of their products is decent, but I feel there is room for improvement. The shipping times are usually on time, but sometimes there are delays which can be frustrating. Overall, I am satisfied with their services, but I believe they can do better.
