I have been using Ibs for a while now and I must say they provide an average service. The staff is always helpful and the website is easy to navigate. However, there are some areas that could be improved. Sometimes the website is a bit slow, and it would be great if they could offer more options for shipping. Overall, I would rate Ibs as average.
