Customer service does not respond to requests. A coin they recommended was being refunded (DGD). Not only was there no pre-emptive advice about this, my inquiry of what to do to be cashed out was ignored.

Zero customer service ethic. The picks speak for themselves. Anyone ever watched 'The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown ? Exactly....just keep waiting......this will be the year when he rises above the pumpkin patch and delivers presents to all the boys and girls that believe
