We made a phone reservation, when calling the 2 days to request something extra they told me that they did not have the reservation, they had lost it even if I gave the card number. We paid a room and did not have hot water to bathe and they could only fix it when we were leaving and it no longer served us. The only solution was to put it in the book of complaints that never to which they never pay attention.
