I had an overall average experience with Smartimage media inc. The website design is modern and visually appealing. However, I found the content to be a bit lacking in depth. The customer service was satisfactory, although they took a bit longer to respond to my inquiries than I would have liked. The rate was reasonable for the services provided. Overall, I would rate Smartimage media inc. as average.
