As many others said, Bob is a great person to deal with: very knowledgeable, kind and professional, he gets back to you immediately if you need help or more information about the work they are going to do. Before deciding to go with Memofix, I did my research and another company, asking me more than what I paid with Memofix, told me that they probably were able to recover 90% of my broken hard drive. Instead, with a more reasonable price, I got the full 100% content recovered. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone.
