We have gotten all of our appliances from Allied over the years and have been satisfied so we decided to get our kitchen cabinets there. We were going to do a complete renovation and needed a contractor. Both Owner Paul and his employee Terri, who is their cabinet person, highly recommended Steve Eisenmenger to do the job. Due to the recommendation we did not check to see if he had any complaints etc.. At first all was good. He helped with the layout and conferred with Terri and us. Plans were made and after discussing a time frame, done before Thanksgiving 2016, we decided to go ahead. It was September. After work started things went downhill. Steve did not get subcontractors notified in a timely manner and we would sit for weeks with no kitchen waiting. When they would come they wouldn't know exactly what to do and he did not show up to show them. He made decisions for us without discussion. End result was not done until after the first of the year, we did a lot of the contacting of the subcontractors ourselves, and a kitchen that was not done to our satisfaction. Every time we would contact Paul he would defend Steve and say he didn't work for them. We have not only been disappointed in the job but also in Allied's part in their recommendation. To this day things are not resolved, which is the reason for this review, Steve did not pay all of the subcontractors and so we ended up paying them and him. Please when it comes to cabinets if Steve Eisenmenger is their recommendation please go somewhere else.
