I have been using their services for a while now and overall I have had a decent experience. Their website is easy to navigate and the information provided is helpful. However, I did encounter a few issues with their customer support. It took them longer than expected to address my concerns. That being said, I appreciate their efforts in finding sustainable solutions for aircraft end-of-life challenges.
