Planet Goodness is an average company. Their products are decent, but nothing extraordinary. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I have purchased a few items from them and I am satisfied with the quality. However, I have also had some issues with their customer service. On one occasion, I had to wait a long time to get a response to my query. Overall, I would rate them as average.
