This is my second Mercedes from this dealership. The first was a 2002. The reason I came back is because I was happy with my last Mercedes lasting so long, and the reason I will keep returning is because of the service department. Juli Martin has been the service manager for my current 2015 E Class, and she has gone above and beyond to make every experience incredible. She will be the main reason I buy a third. Credit also due to the delicate touch and precise work the shop does. They are very careful, and take great care of my car in the shop. The work is top notch.
